Ingredients:
- Healthy Beef Sliced Shortplate 500 gr
- Garlic 1 clove
- Onion 1 piece (small)
- Green Bell Pepper ½ piece
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Teriyaki sauce 3 tbsp
- Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Ground Pepper 1 tsp
- Sesame Seeds 1 tsp
How to make:
- Mince the garlic
- Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper
- Heat butter in a pan, then sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Add a little onion and sauté until slightly wilted.
- Put the “Healthy Beef” Sliced Shortplate into the pan.
- Once the meat is slightly browned, add the remaining onions and green peppers.
- Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and ground pepper, then stir until smooth and absorbed into the meat.
- Serve into a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for completeness.
