Healthy Beef Teriyaki Slice Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Healthy Beef Sliced Shortplate 500 gr
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Onion 1 piece (small)
  • Green Bell Pepper ½ piece
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Teriyaki sauce 3 tbsp
  • Sweet Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ground Pepper 1 tsp
  • Sesame Seeds 1 tsp

How to make:

  1. Mince the garlic
  2. Thinly slice the onion and bell pepper
  3. Heat butter in a pan, then sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add a little onion and sauté until slightly wilted.
  5. Put the “Healthy Beef” Sliced Shortplate into the pan.
  6. Once the meat is slightly browned, add the remaining onions and green peppers.
  7. Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and ground pepper, then stir until smooth and absorbed into the meat.
  8. Serve into a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds on top for completeness.
